These guys get a 5-plus. We called when our wastewater line backed up on a septic system they installed about two years ago. Our hot water heater was leaking on a Sunday and I was out of town. My wife called and Michael M. arrived the same day. It was discovered that the water pressure coming into the house was over 100 psi, which explains burst garden hoses and probably contributed to service lines and hot water heater failing. Anyway, Michael M. was awesome! Tony M. called me while I was at work and explained their findings and the plan for repair. All repairs completed within two days. Toilets and showers backed up on a holiday weekend! I have had a bad experience with one rooter company who tried to upsell and was very high pressure. The plumber I tried to hire wasn’t available and recommended Rooter Man. No extra charge for the holiday. Reamed out my sewer line that had quite a few roots growing in it. Let me see the camera action on the finished job. Very nice plumber, explained everything, made me feel at ease, and did not try to sell me on a new pipeline for my 60-year-old house. You could not find a better vendor
I called Rooter Man in the morning and told Hanna my problem, which was clearing 3 conduits and putting in wire pull tapes. Hanna had a crew available within hours and she sent them out.
The crew arrived with Tony, the owner, leading the crew.
We talked about the problem and solutions and came up with a plan. We discussed the options and the costs and made a deal.
This company does not mess around.
These guys went into action in an organized way, as a team. It is obvious that this company has lots of experience and is fully equipped to get the job done.
Within a couple of hours, the pipes were cleared, the wire pull tapes were installed, and they cleaned up and left. The whole experience was terrific, professional, and pleasant to work with.
These days you never know how vendors will perform, but this company knows how to get the job done and treat the customer right. You could not find a better vendor for this kind of work and I would highly recommend Rooter Man for any underground or drain work.
