Dave was prompt and figured out quickly how to clear the P-trap under our washer drain outlet. He used a small power snake from the inside, a larger power snake from the outside, and repeated the smaller power snake inside. The clog in the P-trap was cleared. Thanks, Dave.

I called Rooter Man in the morning and told Hanna my problem, which was clearing 3 conduits and putting in wire pull tapes. Hanna had a crew available within hours and she sent them out.
The crew arrived with Tony, the owner, leading the crew.

I had a blockage caused by roots in my septic distribution box. Too dense for me to clear and make the repair. I considered renting an electric eel rooter, these machines are about $100 for a day rental, but given my drain placement, it needed two people to operate it. Also, I watched YouTube videos about people getting these cables stuck in a pipe or (worse) mangling fingers when the cable twists. So I decided to hire professionals. I never used Rooter Man services before, but I called them at 9 a.m. on a Friday and they had two trucks at my house by 11 a.m. (very good). The workers knew what they were doing and had a large, powerful eel machine. They were up front with a fixed price for clearing two lines (+$300), pretty reasonable. They spent about ninety minutes working and removed dense mud and packed roots from the lines and got the water flowing again, making a successful repair. Very nice, cooperative workers. I'd hire them again.

Nicholas was terrific!
Two weeks ago, I thought my sump pump was malfunctioning as it was running continuously and water was collecting under my home. In a mild panic (I'm not sure those two words go together), I contacted Rooter Man and they were able to send Nicholas out that morning. Almost immediately, he determined the pump was fine and the issue was a lack of drainage. He dug up the soil where my French drain ended and pumped the water out from under the house and drained it into the gutter. What a sight! Water was shooting out and streaming down the gutter. It was pretty amazing. Then he extended my French drain and figured out a creative way to get the water to drain into the street gutter. He contacted his boss to reassign other staff to cover his appointments so he could finish the job that day. He also adjusted my sump pump to give the float more room and secured the pump's outlet more firmly.
Nicholas was terrific! He is knowledgeable, efficient, and a genuinely nice person. He kept me apprised of his progress and alerted me when he needed to leave for a supply run. He generally made me feel like I had nothing to worry about.
